Reggie Privacy Policy

Collecting Information

The Reggie Application holds some information about you from your organisation. This may include:

• name
• job title
• phone numbers
• work email address
• the service you work in and the site you work at
• leave dates and rostered shifts

We store this information in order to:

• enable your organisation to use the Reggie system
• provide you with access to the Reggie system

When you log into Reggie using the Microsoft account provided to you by your organisation we receive the following information from Microsoft as part of the login process:

• work email address

Sharing Information

We will never share your information with any third parties outside your organisation unless mandated as part of a law enforcement or regulatory process.

Storing Information and Security

The Reggie Application encrypts all data in transit and at rest. Only data required to run the application is stored. While Rowan Beach Limited takes reasonable steps to protect information you transmit over the internet, we cannot guarantee complete security.

Only the people that you report to, or users with specific system defined roles (Staff Member Administrator, Service Administrator, Request Administrator) within the Application are able to access your information. Users in specific system defined roles are able to access the minimum information required to perform those roles.

Your information will be stored for the duration of your organisation’s subscription to the Reggie Application. When the subscription ends your data will be securely deleted. If you leave your organisation before your organisation’s subscription ends then your data will no longer be searchable within the Reggie system and your contact details (phone numbers) will be removed from the system.

Rowan Beach staff will not access your information unless required to do so in order to support the application or to investigate a security incident.

Accessing Your Own Information

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us at support@rowanbeach.com
